This photo was taken in the summer of 1968, during 37 Field Squadron’s visit to The Black Forest, When we spent some 6 weeks in the area of Schonau, on an Anglo/German relationship building exercise. This was achieved by carrying out a series of Sapper tasks for the local Forstmeister.
